Change management consultancy firm, Reliable Manufacturing, has announced details of its next Operations Excellence Master Class with industry experts Ron Moore and Andrew Fraser. The one-day event will be held at Gisborough Hall, Guisborough, near Durham Tees Valley Airport, on Wednesday September 22nd 2010.

This Master Class will show how market leaders achieve low cost performance, not through cost cutting, but through the relentless pursuit of defect elimination, asset productivity and workforce engagement. During the event, delegates will be able to carry out self-audits of their asset against best practice benchmarks and develop an action plan to implement the learning from the day.

With ever-increasing pressure on profit margins, companies worldwide are facing the complex challenges of reducing costs and improving efficiencies, whilst delivering safe and reliable operations.

Reliable Manufacturing Managing Director, Andrew Fraser, says, “Taking action to address any one of these in isolation can have a corresponding negative effect on the others. However, leading companies who develop a business-focused reliability strategy that simultaneously delivers all of these goals can achieve true competitive advantage.”

The Master Class will be led by Reliable Manufacturing’s Andrew Fraser and Ron Moore. Ron is one of the world's foremost authorities on manufacturing & operations excellence and is author of the books "Making Common Sense Common Practice" and “Selecting the Right Manufacturing Improvement Tools.” Andrew has over thirty years experience in maintenance, operations and change management roles, and specialises in the delivery of change management projects which help clients change from reactive to proactive operating cultures.
