Ventursol LLC has organized a one day health awareness workshop for its employees this week. A healthy environment contributes to improving productivity and brings about a positive work environment. “Today, next to family members, we spend the maximum amount of time with our colleagues and it is necessary to protect our most critical assets, our employees, against modern health hazards of technology” says Dhruv Gupta, C.E.O, Ventursol LLC.

Our analysts and researchers work meticulously, frequently at a stretch of several hours. Computer Vision Syndrome and Carpal Tunnel are some of the more common side-effects frequently noted at the workplace.

A general health expert has been invited to share information on topics such as vision syndrome, neck pain, pain in wrists and fingers. He will suggest corrective measures to avoid such problems or atleast minimize their long term impact. The initiative was well received by the all the employees.
