International Property Awards winner sold for the highest ever auction price in the USA

The 2016 International Property Awards ‘World’s Best Property’ Winner, Playa Vista Isle in Hillsboro Beach, Florida, has been sold for the highest price ever achieved for a U.S home auction. The luxury home, which was previously on the market for $159 million, created a bidding war among 11 buyers and has successfully been sold at auction through leading global firm Concierge Auctions in cooperation with ONE Sotheby's International Realty. The winning buyer is a past client of Concierge.

The International Property Awards, now in their 25th year are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised awards programme which celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The Awards cover 48 different residential and commercial categories and regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.
