2007 Social Network Project for global movie enthusiasts
YourBroadcaster creating movies and stars
YourBroadcaster follows the much successful proposition made by such websites as YouTube and MySpace, but of course with its own distinct features that would be of special interest to people interested in filmamking. Being a movie social network, the website primarily aims to collaborate with members to build and create 5 feature length films of the bollywood, horror, thriller, drama and comedy genres. The final products are designed to be a result of data uploaded by members.
For a very minimal and modest fee of just $10 each, memebers will have the opportunity to upload scripts, auditions, characters, cartoons and stunts among others as an active participation in our movie projects. These uploads shall be voted upon by all of our members to determine the most successful member upload. The film which could comprise of a thousand individual member pieces will be a showcase of the efforts, talent and resources of those who believe in the possibilities of producing a film through this process like we do.
The very interesting part of this endeavor is having the chance to win prizes while at the same time doing something you love. There are prize draws at certain stages of the sign-up process specifically upon 10,000; 50,000; 100,000 and 1,000,000 sign-ups. There are also prizes to be distributed once the projects are closed and ready for filming.
If you do not wish to subscribe at this time, you can still register to the site for free and create your own webpage/blog to be able to share, view and post information. You will also be able to vote on all records and upload your own broadcasting channels which you can create from external sources. This would include videos, photographs and audio that have been sourced and made as a slideshow.
If you are a movie or filmmaking audience, a writer or a media related individual who would like to publish your portfolio, CVS or biographies, then YourBroadcaster is for you.
