The highlights are roasted whole turkey, Alaskan king crab, Fine de Claire oyster, caviar, grilled seafood – tiger prawn, rock lobster, blue crab and river prawn, foie gras, Australian beef, lamb, honey glazed Virginia ham and dessert corner at THB 2,850 nett per person (half price for kids 6-12 years old and free for kids 0-5 years old). Beverage package is priced at THB 2,550 nett per person. The buffet is available on December 24, 2018 from 6pm – 11pm for dinner and on December 25, 2018 from 12noon – 3.30pm for lunch and 6pm – 11pm for dinner.

Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Level 34
Celebrate in style on the rooftop of Hilton Pattaya with 3-course set menu and choices of starter, main course and dessert such as lobster, foie gras, Fine de Clair oyster, premium sashimi set, tiger prawn, lamb together with carving stations of Christmas turkey and ham. The price is THB 3,650 nett per person. Available at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, level 34 on December 24 and 25, 2018 from 6pm – 11pm.

Dining Package for New Year’s Eve and Day Celebration

Edge Restaurant, Level 14
Enjoy the New Year celebration with family and friends at Edge Restaurant and experience an international food journey. Selections are Alaskan king crab, Canadian lobster, imported oyster, New Zealand mussel, caviar, rock lobster, river prawn, foie gras, Australian beef, lamb, spit-roasted pig, sashimi, international dishes and desserts. Price is THB 5,100 nett per person for international buffet and THB 3,550 nett per person for beverage package. Available on December 31, 2018 from 7pm – 1am at Edge restaurant on level 14.

Flare Restaurant, Level 15
Indulge in a romantic atmosphere while savoring Asian cuisine at Flare on level 15 with 5-course set menu for celebration. Choices of delicious menus are available such as imported oysters, premium sashimi set, crispy soft shell salad, slow cooked Australian beef in miso soup, stir-fried Canadian lobster in tamarind sauce and pumpkin custard with Thai tea ice-cream. The 5-course set menu is priced at THB 3,450 nett per person (half price for kids 6-12 years old and free for kids 0-5 years old). Available at Flare Restaurant on level 15 on December 31, 2018 from 7pm – 11.30pm.

Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar, Level 16
Celebrate and welcome the New Year at one of the best place to enjoy a breathtaking view of Pattaya bay. Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar on level 16 offers private island package with premium sharing menus such as seafood set – Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab, Fine de Clair, premium sashimi set – salmon, tuna, hamachi, surf clam and grilled meat – Australian beef, Australian lamb, pork shop. The small island is priced at THB 30,000 nett for 4 people. The large island is priced at THB 35,000 nett for 6 people. Moreover, beverage package is available at THB 3,750 nett per person. Live station is also available for made-to-order menus such as pasta, grilled seafood, foie gras, lamb, Kurobuta pork and scallop. All together is priced at THB 11,500 nett per person. Available for dinner from 7pm – 1am. The exclusive package is available for the access after 8.30pm at THB 4,950 nett per person at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34.
