MEDTECH 2010 Conference Will Address Shifting Healthcare Climate
SYRACUSE, N.Y.—MedTech, the hub of Upstate New York’s bioscience and medical technology industry, will host its sixth annual bioscience leadership conference—MEDTECH 2010—on Monday, October 4 at The Lodge in Skaneateles Falls, N.Y.The Bio/Med industry's premier leadership conference and technology showcase, MEDTECH 2010 will focus on pursuing forward-looking business strategies, highlighting innovative practices and achieving commercial success in the new economic and healthcare climate. Speakers from across the bioscience and medical technology industry will address business-critical matters through a five-track program, including global market opportunities, healthcare innovation, manufacturing and operations, regulatory compliance and business development.
MEDTECH 2010 also will include a Tech Showcase exploring new products and prototypes, as well as highlighting leading research from New York state. The showcase will provide an opportunity to share emerging technologies, resources, products, and current programs with attendees from across Upstate New York’s bioscience community. Those interested in showcasing must apply by September 4.
Last year’s conference hosted a sell-out crowd of more than 200 professionals from Upstate New York and more than 45 prominent speakers. MedTech anticipates another successful turnout at MEDTECH 2010.
