December 17, 2006 Phoenix, AZ. The San Diego Golf Academy recently began offering a free 12-page golf career guide. The career guide, which can be requested from the SDGA website, provides comprehensive information about the possible range of positions in the golf industry.

“When most people think of the golf industry, they think being a pro golfer is the only option available to them,” said Paul Zagnoni, President of San Diego Golf Academy. “In reality, there are many more golf jobs out there than just being a touring pro. We have put together our golf career guide, which lists the many opportunities available to golf program graduates, as a free service to the public.”

San Diego Golf Academy's golf career guide helps those who love the sport make decisions about whether to turn their passion into a career, and what type of career they want to pursue. The free career guide lists all of the positions available within the different specialties in the field, such as golf management, instruction, event planning, marketing, and hospitality services.

In addition, the guide provides a list of recommended websites for those interested in pursuing a career in the golf industry. SDGA's career guide is a valuable resource for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the golf industry.
