How One Homebuyer and Television Has Created a New Approach for Stimulating the American Economy

ATLANTA, GA--Tiffani Howard, disabled first time homebuyer on a fixed income, closed on her home via a FHA 203(K) loan in March of 2009. In appreciation of her real-estate agent and mortgage broker’s guidance throughout her first time home buying experience, Howard created the “Stimulate America” concept to teach other people like her how to become a homeowner. Tiffani believes that buying homes today galvanizes the incomes of those associated with real-estate, creates and stabilizes jobs, provides state revenue for the maintenance of essential community services, puts liquidity back into consumer buying powers and restores the American economy.
