Female Self Teaches Herself to Cook to Save Her Life: A New Food Show

After taking such a beating she was lucky to be alive. Her lip crumbling as a victim she didn't like that. She decided to take her health into her own hands.

Adding natural fats and sugar to a diet appears to save one life. A woman, Lori Jean, who is an award winning singer and songwriter and a former show host of a show, "The Women Empowerment Show" she created when going through the worst of abuse from a stalker, decided to take control of her health.

Lori Jean was savagely beaten and left for dead while running for over twenty years from abuse. She reported it many times with no help coming her way. After sustaining the worst injuries, and already having Hashimotos from the abuse, she decided to find a natural way to heal and fight for her life.

Having two associates on her former show that knew how to detox the body, they helped her with natural foods as a beginning process. She felt more alive. Once learned that natural foods can heal she decided to continue by learning more.

Today she has her own food show at "iHeart Radio" in hopes to help heal herself even further and bring comfort to herself by connecting with others who can benefit from the show. She shows how to prepare simple meals with simple ingredients that you might not make for yourself because of the trouble. Fast food is usually the answer then. She makes it easy.

She gives tips and tricks that she uses everyday to help give her the boost in energy that she needs with the fatigue that Hashimotos brings her. Her inner pains from injuries can bring seizures so she adds natural fats to her diet eliminating all chemicals. The unique tastes in her foods are added with oil and spices instead. (Hashimotos is an immune deficiency in the thyroid that is a very serious condition. It brings many symptoms including fatigue).
