Pegasystems India appoints Rajalakshmi S as Director- Human Resources

Hyderabad, June 3, 2010 : Pegasystems Worldwide India Private Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ:PEGA), the leader in Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Rajalakshmi S as its Director - HR who will head the human resources function for the company in India. In this capacity, she will be responsible for Pegasystems India’s human capital function in totality which includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, internal resource management, HR generalist activities, training, competency and career development of all personnel across functions and levels.

Rajalakshmi brings with her an experience of over 13 years and during her illustrious career she has been associated with some of the renowned IT companies like SumTotal Systems, Edutech Informatics, etc. She has been an integral part of every organization that she has worked with and has contributed immensely for the overall development of the personnel of these organizations. Rajalakshmi holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and is also pursuing a law degree.

Prior to her current role with Pegasystems, Rajalakshmi was working with SumTotal Systems since 2002. She was heading the human resources team and was responsible for the overall functions of HR. At Pegasystems India, Rajalakshmi will be reporting to Mr. Suman Reddy Eadunuri, Managing Director - Pegasystems India.
