A world's first: the Wiha ErgoStar. Fastening on to something good.
Schonach – only at first sight does the Wiha ErgoStar appear to be a conventional L-key holder. But when used for the first time it quickly becomes clear why it is different: with the innovative rotary movement of all L-keys, the Wiha ErgoStar has solved the problem of complicated key extraction in an ingenious way.Who hasn't experienced it? With many L-key holders it's a problem removing individual keys or replacing them, and more often than not several L-keys need to be moved together. And the falling out of keys because of insufficient clamping is a further common dilemma.
The new Wiha ErgoStar solves this problem both elegantly and efficiently: the keys can now be more easily removed and replaced than ever before, and thanks to guaranteed clamping in any position as well.
The holder: one turn and it's done
Keys are instantly identified with their lasered, highly noticeable key size designations. But the innovation is the opening mechanism: rotating a selected L-key in the holder means that all other keys rotate to the side at the same angle as if by magic. In this way a flowing, rotational movement presents all L-keys ready for convenient removal. Effective clamping makes sure that the keys cannot fall out, with both closed and open holders. A further plus factor: because the Wiha ErgoStar is small, handy and especially compact it can be tucked away and taken anywhere.
The keys: extremely agile
The set of typically high quality Wiha premium L-keys from the 369S series is also highly innovative, because with the enhanced ball end design they can now fasten hard-to-reach screws with effortless ease – up to an angle of 30°! The ball end geometry enables transmission of greater fastening force, meaning that the tool life of keys is significantly increased. The through-hardened chrome vanadium steel, rounded edges, clearly noticeable lasered markings and high quality brilliant chroming are further convincing reasons that make these L-keys essential accessories for everyday work.
The Wiha ErgoStar is available as a holder with 9 common L-keys as a set, and also as a blister pack or display with 10 holders. For refilling purposes the L-keys can also be purchased individually in 9 sizes (from size SW 1.5 to SW 10).
