Newest subdivision gets approval since announcement of new panama city international airport
The new Panama City International Airport received FAA go-ahead on September 15th, and today one of the first subdivisions to receive approval since the FAA nod is announced. ErwinLee Estates, a six acre subdivision comprises six seperate one acre lots. Jackson County Florida Board of County Commissioners voted to approve this subdivision, which is located in Greenwood, Florida on the north side of Bartow Road where it meets Bates Road. The entire subdivision is currently for sale to a developer or investors at an initial price of $99,000.00, but is subject to increases in the future as demand increases. It's location is just 15minutes from Interstate 10, and 10 minutes from Chipola College, SuperWalmart, Lowes and other stores in Marianna. The subdivision will run on well and septic and already has road frontage for all six of the lots. This represents a preview of the business Dopplerdave Inc. is doing as it pushes farther into the panhandle of Northwest Florida.
