In Part I of the book the author presents the only three statements people care about when it comes to companies and organizations dealing with change and crises: What you are; What you can; and What you do. This includes a method for delineating these statements into manageable units, preparing for either a planned change or an unpredicted crisis. Part II presents a method to regain control when something happens. The appendices contain short-form template examples that can be modified for the specific user.
