Stockholm, Sweden, May 1, 2010 - Polystar has today entered into an asset purchase agreement with Xperior AB. The purchase is structured as an asset sale on a cash and debt free basis.
With this acquisition Polystar strengthens its organization with top notch expertise in the fields of Service Assurance, Test and support services.

"Acquiring Xperior's assets allows us to further increase our momentum as we continue to gain market shares in the areas of Test and Service Assurance. By adding highly skilled employees, Polystar reinforces and expands its organization to handle the increased demand for our products", said Mikael Grill, CEO of Polystar.
Xperior's operations generated approximately USD 5M in its last audited fiscal year, with robust profitability from products and services. Existing customers of Xperior will be offered attractive migration programs to get continued support and high quality solutions.
