Kevin Rabbitt Announced as New Chief Executive Officer, Michael Bush to Remain on Board of Directors

IRVINE, CA - April 14, 2010 - 3 Day Blinds, a leading manufacturer and full service retailer of custom designed and fitted window treatments, announces the appointment of Kevin Rabbitt as Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO, Michael Bush, steps down but will remain a Director on the 3 Day Blinds Board.

During the past two years, 3 Day Blinds has transformed from a retail based window coverings business to a full-service custom window coverings provider through the addition of professional in home design consultation. The business is now supported by almost 200 in home Design Consultants, 22 showrooms, in house leading edge design and vertically integrated manufacturing.

Rabbitt most recently served as President & CEO of GES Exposition Services, a global service provider for exhibitions and events. Prior to that, Rabbitt was Executive VP of Products & Services as well as EVP of National Operations during his tenure at GES. Before GES, Rabbitt served as a consultant at Bain & Company and his education includes a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Rice University.
