Surado CRM Online Sales Process Workflow insures peak performance by insuring consistency across the entire sales team and, providing accurate and effective results that translate into increased revenues and greater profitability.
The Sales Process Workflow allows users to create sophisticated business rules that support a high degree of automation to assist sales representatives and enable them to become more proficient in closing deals. Features include sales pipeline management, automated follow-up activities, broadcast email, automated inquiry responses and automated updating of sales pipeline information. A Result option will also allow sales representatives to select from customized result options that automatically schedule next steps.
