03-26-2010 12:41 PM CET | IT, New Media & Software

Press release from: Magnolia CMS

/ PR Agency: Initmarketing
Magnolia CMS released version 4.3 of its Open Source content management system today. This release makes it very simple to manage multiple sites within a single content management system and can be used to run micro-sites, white-label content or reuse content for mobile sites, amongst others. It enables an administrator to control multiple domains through a single instance of Magnolia CMS, while still restricting editors to only the domain they used to log in. Other new features include improved administration and templating with support for multiple domains, brands and languages; cleaner and simpler tagging, and the launch of Magnolia Store. More information can be found at http://www.magnolia-cms.com/4-3.

Magnolia is the simple to use Open Source Content Management System. After its first release in 2003, Magnolia quickly became the software of choice for new Content Management solutions based on Java. Due to its easy-to-use web interface and open standards such as JSR-170, it is being used in several thousand installations world-wide.
