NEW YORK – September 17, 2018 – ZenFi Networks and Cross River Fiber announce the close of their merger, creating an innovative, locally-owned and operated communications infrastructure company serving the New York and New Jersey metro region.  The combined company, which will operate as ZenFi Networks, is committed to meeting the demand for next generation network access by building, owning, and maintaining a world-class fiber optic network, distributed colocation, and wireless siting solutions for enterprise, carrier and wireless operators.

The merger creates a new regional network spanning 700 route miles of fiber optic network, 119 on-net buildings, 47 colocation facilities and nearly 6000 outdoor wireless locations under contract. In addition, the company owns 3 unique, special purpose tower sites that enable the high frequency trading industry.
Expanded product portfolio for expanded customer reach. ZenFi Networks will continue to offer fiber optic network, distributed colocation, and wireless siting solutions throughout New York and the New Jersey metro region, along with lit services previously offered by Cross River Fiber.
