RELDATA IP Storage Virtualization Appliance Earns LSI LOGIC Certification

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – 23 October, 2006 – RELDATA Inc., leading provider of universal IP storage management appliances, today announced that its flagship product, the RELDATA 9200 IP Storage Gateway, has received Compatibility Certification from LSI Logic.
LSI provides core storage building blocks to many of the world’s largest information technology companies via its worldwide network of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) partners, and the company’s Certified Compatible process requires extensive testing to assure stability, interoperability and fault tolerance using heavy loads typical of high-performance enterprise computing.

LSI Logic Engenio storage systems are branded by leading OEMs such as IBM, SGI, SUN StorageTek and Teradata. The combination of the RELDATA 9200 Gateway with LSI storage arrays offers customers a simple, affordable way to build and protect highly scalable, tiered IP storage solutions that support parallel, high-performance iSCSI SAN and CIFS/NFS NAS storage provisioning, together with a variety of enterprise-grade remote replication and recovery capabilities.
