Utimaco and DS3 Partner to Deliver DS3 Authentication Security Module to DS3 Customers

Aachen, DE (February 24,2010) Utimaco Safeware AG and Data Security Systems Solutions Pte Ltd (DS3) are pleased to announce the strategic partnership of providing customers with the most comprehensive one-stop Enterprise 2-factor Authentication Appliance. DS3’s Authentication solution helps to ensure authentication of communications and transactions that happen between financials and their online customers.
As part of the partnership, DS3 customers are now able to deploy DS3 Authentication Appliance with integrated support of Utimaco’s Hardware Security Modules, SafeGuard® CryptoServer. Supporting a wide range of authentication devices including hardware OTP, PKI, mobile phones, SMS, etc, the solution is intended to create a strong barrier against unauthorized access, helping to protect online data resources from phishing, pharming and man-in-the-middle attacks. DS3 has embedded the FIPS-certified Utimaco CryptoServer HSM to ensure highest End-to-end security, where the SafeGuard® CryptoServer Series provides cryptographic interfaces and algorithms.
