Mannheim, February 22, 2010 – The two SAP partners movento GmbH and ComSol AG Commercial Solutions are bundling their expertise. With csMailorder they are offering an integrated and pre-configured multi-channel solution designed especially for mail order trade, one that unites all the functionalities of SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BI, and SAP NetWeaver.

This industry solution fulfills the specific requirements of the mail order trade and guarantees access to current and consistent data in all relevant processes for Purchasing, Marketing, Service, Logistics, on through to Accounting. All processes interact with one another seamlessly, even multiple order and sales channels (Internet, call center, teleshopping, and mobile end user devices) are supported optimally.
