Fluoroelastomers are manufactured by copolymerizing numerous combinations of hexafluoropropylene (CF2=CFCF3), chlorotrifluoroethylene (CF2=CFCl), vinylidene fluoride (CH2=CF2), and tetrafluoroethylene (C2=F4).
