New FastViewer Version 2.16 Desktop-Sharing Software available

With the new Version of FastViewer V2.16, distributed from 3DOne Software, you can see and control the screen of your customer or switch the screen to show your screen. FastViewer is a remote powerful Desktop-Sharing Software with an unique price/performance ratio. The big advantage of the FastViewer is its flexibility. With FastViewer you see the same as your customer at his screen. You can control the customers mouse + keyboard withour leaving your workstation. Furthermore you can transfer data in bove directions (e.g. driver-/and log files). Also you see the problem and can fix it through the Internet. All this you can do WITHOUT Installation or complicated instructions. So you can save money, time and nervs. Indifferent what art of support you want to offer, with FastViewer you are capable to act fast, efficient and professionell.
FastViewer works behind firewalls and proxyservers, if both sides are able to get an internet connection and is very secure through 256-Bit AES encrypted, secured data connection. It supports drag&drop filetransfer, so you can copy files from or to your partner per drag & drop. The files will be automaticly packed and the process can be cancelled at any time. All licenses will contain the FastViewer mastermodul and FastViewer customermodul. The mastermodul can be used on any seat/computer, it will not be installed.

- FastViewer Conference Edition
- FastViewer Remote Edition

FastViewer Standard Edition costs $1,495 include 1 year maintence/support

FastViewer is delivered as a multilangauge Version
currently supported languages:
englisch, french, german, italian, netherland, polish
Depent on the installed Windows language (automatic). If no supported language is found, english will be default.
