Optio Solutions to Hold Job Fair in Petaluma

Petaluma, Calif. (August 13, 2018) — Optio Solutions, a national debt collection agency, is conducting a job fair to satisfy immediate demand and curate talent for future placements. The event takes place 4 – 7 pm, Tuesday, August 28 on a shaded outdoor patio, offering job seekers free professional head shots and the chance to meet Vice President Tory Hotaling and Consumer Relations Manager Michael Schumacher during on-site interviews. Job seekers are encouraged to bring resumes and there will be complimentary food, beverages and a drawing to win prizes.

According to the California Employment Development Department, the unemployment rate in Sonoma County was 3.0 percent in June 2018, up from a revised 2.4 percent in May 2018, and below the year-ago estimate of 3.4 percent. This compares with an unadjusted unemployment rate of 4.5 percent for California and 4.2 percent for the nation during the same period.
