Acuity Releases STREAM Version 5.2

Acuity Risk Management has released version 5.2 of its popular GRC software, STREAM Integrated Risk Manager. A free 30-day trial of this latest release is available via Acuity’s website.

STREAM v5.2 continues the v5.1 theme of improvements to the user interface, navigation and reporting and includes:
• Improved reporting, including a new Risk Heat Map, filtering on custom reports and pre-configured views for use by business intelligence tools
• Configurable Home Page dashboards showing information relevant to users’ roles and permissions with easy drill-down to underlying data
• Bookmarks for quick access to favourite screens, reports and dialogues
• Search functionality within STREAM.

STREAM v5.2 provides improved dashboarding and reporting capabilities to make it even easier to understand, visualise and communicate risk status for risk-informed decision making. Integration with business intelligence tools (including Microsoft Power BI, Qlik and Oracle BI) mean it is now easier for users to produce customised reports for different user groups with varying requirements for GRC reporting. Senior Management, CISOs, Heads of Risk, Business Owners, Compliance, Audit, Operations and others all have their own perspectives and need information that is relevant and useable for their role and requirements. Using STREAM, it is now possible to tailor reports to meet these requirements.

Similarly, with dashboarding, administrators are able to create personalised home page layouts for different user groups to present the most meaningful information.

The new modern interface and improved navigation has made STREAM even more intuitive and user-friendly. In addition, Acuity has created further training resources, demonstration videos and user guides to increase the transition from previous versions of STREAM and also make it simpler for new users of the software to get started. This trial edition is available on request and includes pre-configured ISO 27001, GDPR and NIST v1.1 content. The database is also populated with example data to demonstrate how you can: measure and report compliance against these frameworks; assess and manage risks; record incidents, issues, audit findings and other events, and; manage and track remedial actions.
