United Thinkers has recently completed integration of its flagship product UniPay Gateway with TSYS

New York, NY – (August 6, 2018): Working on behalf several of its customers, United Thinkers, a New-York based commercial open-source Payment Management Software provider, completes works on TSYS integration. TSYS integration has already been in place as part of the UniPay Gateway product for quite a time now, however recently, several important innovations have been introduced. They include full support for card-present EMV payment solution and integrations necessary for implementation of TSYS PayFac program. The new integration allows UniPay Gateway users to process both card-not-present and card-present EMV payments through TSYS solution.

United Thinkers’ UniPay Gateway cloud solution can now be utilized on TSYS platforms, so the product users get access to a wide range of new opportunities. Particularly, users of UniPay Gateway solution get the opportunity to use Ingenico Telium 2 devices with TSYS platform. These devices include standalone, integrated touch-screen, and mobile payment terminals. Presently, United Thinkers is working to provide support for other terminal vendors.

“Particular appeal of our new processing partner, TSYS, is its wide network of acquiring banks that provides a rich variety of acquiring partnership options to our clients” says United Thinkers president, Eugene Kipnis. “Presently, we are completing the works on payment facilitator integration (including sub-merchant onboarding and chargeback handling). On the one hand, this integration will open new opportunities for existing banks, allowing them to offer flexible PayFac programs using UniPay technology, and on the other hand – provide even more options for payment facilitators searching for an acquiring partner”.

UniPay Gateway’s terminal solution is EMV-certified with numerous processors for both EMV contact and contactless payments. UniPay Gateway Terminal Cloud approach, utilized by United Thinkers, perfectly suits web-based POS systems that actively rely on payment terminals. The terminal solution is tailored for the needs of payment facilitators that tend to prefer UniPay Gateway platform for its rich PayFac-specific functionality, including support for smooth merchant onboarding, chargeback handling, and other necessary features.

Presently the logic targeted at full support of TSYS payment facilitator platform is being added to UniPay product (including merchant onboarding and terminal registration, chargeback handling, loading of data for automated reconciliation).
