In Worthy author, Josephine Faulk, MPH personally guides readers through The Childhood Trauma Recovery for Adults Program. They learn the eleven commonalities of adults haunted by the effects of childhood trauma and how and why it continues to manifest in their adult lives. She has lived in Japan, Central Mexico, USA-East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, Southwest and currently the Northwest. All this gallivanting led her to discover that people, everywhere, are more alike than they are different. It was a critical factor in the creating of her Childhood Trauma Recovery for Adults Program.
