Fooda Brings on Justin Casciola as CFO

Casciola will oversee finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit and treasury. He is the company’s first CFO, joining at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth.

Chicago, June 25 2018: Fooda, the leading provider of freshly served restaurant food at work, today announced the company hired Justin Casciola as the company’s first CFO. The executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Lucas Group.

At Fooda, Casciola will oversee finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit and treasury.

Casciola has held senior accounting and finance leadership roles at a number of growth companies including VaaS, Inc. and Groupon, where he drove significant finance and accounting operational improvements, cultivated teamwork and provided strategic partnership and leadership within the businesses. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years both domestically and abroad with Ernst and Young. Casciola holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.

Named one of the fastest growing companies by Crain’s and American Inno, Fooda is rapidly expanding into new markets. The company is currently in 17 cities across the US with plans to reach 25 within the next year.
