Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, 30.08.2006 - Clavister AB and Amaranten Asia network Co, Ltd Board of Directors signed a LOI for merger. The purpose is to leverage the combined strengths of both companies to better serve the growing carrier and enterprise customers´ dynamic requirements worldwide. Clavister-Amaranten will combine geographical market strength in Asia and Europe, broaden the global distribution network and offer innovative carrier-class expertise in security gateway technology.
