Trope To Perform At Summerfest 2018

HOLLYWOOD CA, June 13th, 2018 . Trope announce today that they will be performing at Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 5th, 2018 on the Uline Warehouse Stage.

Known as the worlds largest music festival, Milwaukee summerfest hosts some of the worlds biggest acts and this year is no exception. This 11 day festival features over 800 musical acts, and this years headliners are Imagine Dragons, Dave Mathews Band, Def Leppard & Journey, Arcade Fire, The Weeknd and many more. Trope will be playing the Uline Warehouse stage on July 5th, 2018, kicking off their summer/fall tour. Over the past several years, the Uline Warehouse has hosted a wide variety of headliners including Hunter Hayes, Chris Issak, T-Pain, Michael McDonald, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, OK Go, Brett Eldridge, “Weird Al” Yankovic, The Chainsmokers and many, many more.

Summerfest is an annual music festival held at the 75-acre (30-hectare) Henry Maier Festival Park along the lakefront in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The festival lasts for 11 days, is made up of 11 stages with performances from over 800 acts and over 1000 performances. Since the mid-1970s, it has run from late June through early July, usually including the 4th of July holiday.[1] Summerfest attracts between 800,000 and 900,000 people each year, promoting itself as "The World's Largest Music Festival", a title certified by the Guinness World Records since 1999.

Trope are a 4 piece alternative rock band from Vancouver, Canada. Trope’s music has been likened to A Perfect Circle and Tool with female vocals, their sound falling into the Alternative Rock genre. Their ‘music first’ focus pairs with the groups sound, which is quite progressive at times.
