XOX has successfully upgraded to Computaris’ Convergent Charging System
November 2009 – Kuala Lumpur – Computaris, a specialist in consultancy, system integration and software development for the mobile telecom industry, announced today that XOX Com sdn Bhd, Asia’s first next-generation regional integrated telecommunications service provider, has upgraded to Computaris Convergent Charging System (CCS), which is now successfully running in Malaysia.Computaris Convergent Charging System is based on SAP Highdeal’s world leading pricing and rating platform, and Teligent Telecom’s state-of-the-art platform for IN and value added services. It is a complex system covering Prepaid, Postpaid Rating, Charging and Billing, Voucher Management System, IN, IVR, SMSC, USSD/SMS Self Care and Prepaid Roaming Call Back services.
XOX’ s new state of the art platform can be configured to support a wide range of telecom services and it allows XOX to bundle, price, rate and charge both in-house and third-party services – brand them – and automatically start producing high-volume service transactions. The combined solution supports both offline and online rating and charging.
Chief Executive Officer of XOX, Mr. Ng Kok Heng emphasize that “Convergent Charging System gives XOX the unparallel leverages required to compete with the incumbents and to benefits and provides values to users with flexible yet comprehensive subscription plans”.
