Press release from: Intellias

In the latest issue of it & t business, leading Austrian business magazine for enterprise computing, telecom, Internet and e-business that is enjoyed by more than 50,000 readers, Intellias has been highlighted as a competent and reliable partner for nearshore software development.

In his interview given at annual ITnT fair in Vienna, Intellias CEO for Marketing and Sales Vitaly Sedler has outlined noteworthy potential of Lviv as outsourcing hub. Generally, according to the data provided by Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative, Ukrainian IT outsourcing market has demonstrated most remarkable growth among its Central and Eastern European counterparts through 2007-2008.

Talking more precisely, Lviv has been recently highlighted by KPMG’s Advisory practice as one of the top outsourcing destinations. With the city being an emerging hub on a global scale, local companies will undoubtedly seize the opportunity to conclude greater number of outsourcing deals due to the wide-spread demand for reducing IT expenditures.

When introducing Lviv specialties, Intellias CEO mentioned vast pool of available resources for software development (incl. 1300 annual graduates), mature outsourcing market (second only to Kiev) and international spirit of the city.

As for the Intellias corporate presentation itself, the company began its market entry strategy in early 2002, having chosen D-A-CH markets as its strategic location. "The enterprise’s market specialization is being reinforced by well-established onsite presence: representative offices, onsite project management partners, vast array of activities completed at customers' premises: workshops, seminars and deliveries" – summarizes Vitaly Sedler.
