New out-of-the-box integration between pdfDocs and Autonomy iManage 8.5 will enhance workflow and efficiency

Sydney, Australia—29 October, 2009—DocsCorp, a global leader in content and information management and workflow, announced today the release of enhanced versions of its flagship product—pdfDocs Desktop—and its document comparison application—pdfDocs compareDocs—for Autonomy iManage 8.5.

DocsCorp’s integration into Autonomy iManage 8.5 enables legal, accounting and government agencies to work with and manage business-critical documents more efficiently and more securely, providing Autonomy iManage 8.5 users with PDF creation, editing, annotation, redaction, file splitting, bates numbering and stamping, document comparison and bundling capability. pdfDocs Desktop and compareDocs integrate into Autonomy iManage out of the box without requiring special connectors or plug ins.

PDF management and more
pdfDocs Desktop enables users to create industry-standard PDF documents with drag-and-drop ease; combine documents from different applications into a single, secure PDF. Users can edit, mark up, redact sensitive information and automatically split PDFs based on size or page number for e-Filing. Bates numbers can also be added to documents.
 
pdfDocs Desktop automates the process of creating Closing Books, CD Bibles or Court Bundles, complete with interactive table of contents, bookmarks and links. All the information the client needs is just a click away. Users can create templates to reduce workload and increase productivity.

Document comparison with a difference
The easy-to-use compareDocs interface lets you compare anything to anything (Word to Word, PDF to PDF, Word to PDF). Once the changes have been identified, compareDocs outputs the detected changes directly into a new document. With Word to Word comparisons, for example, the new document becomes your next version of the compared documents – a live working Word document.
