The organic restaurant’s made to order salads, sandwiches, and wraps prepared in an open display kitchen piqued the interest of people in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills looking for a change from traditional salads and vegetarian eating. Catering orders for private parties and business luncheons in Beverly Hills, Century City and the Los Angeles area increase as word spreads about Greenleaf’s original Signature Salads such as Mexplosion and Kitchen Sink Cobb.

“People are tired of the normal catering dishes such as bagels, cream cheese, and other standard catering foods,” says Rollo. “Greenleaf provides something a little different.”
