Occam Technology Group Receives ISO 9001:2015 And ISO 13485:2016 Certifications
TAMPA, Fla. – April 30, 2018 – Occam Technology Group – a leader in connected medical and smart product design and development for multiple industries – has received ISO 9001:2015 And ISO 13485:2016 certifications.Occam Technology Group’s achievement is the result of implementing a vigorous quality management system designed to govern their contract engineering and design services. These certifications serve as an important milestone in assuring clients continue to receive the finest in quality and service from Occam Technology Group.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of international standards for the implementation of quality management systems.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification specifies the requirements for a quality management system where an organization aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and regulatory requirements.
The ISO 13485:2016 certification specifies the requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
