United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland Replaces Outdated MAS 90 Accounting Solution
“Our previous solution required frequent sever reboots, as many as two to three every day,” said Gary Lane, chief financial officer for UCP of Central Maryland. “Requiring the entire staff to log out of the system several times a day became increasingly frustrating.”
With Serenic Navigator, UCP of Central Maryland gained an easy to use, stable, and efficient fund accounting solution. “Serenic Navigator gave us much needed stability and increased overall functionality,” said Lane. “Most importantly, the software is intuitive so our staff was able to quickly adapt to the new system.”
Serenic Navigator provides increased functionality with features like bank reconciliations, integrated fixed assets modules, streamlined lookups, and the ability to export data to other Microsoft applications.
“One of the most impressive features of Serenic Navigator is the ability to easily export data to Excel and create reports,” explains Lane. “We can now provide professional reports for the board and management team in much less time and with more accuracy than we used to.”
AVF’s goal is to provide nonprofit organizations with solutions that empower their staff to work more efficiently. By offering a fully integrated suite of solutions that include financial management, donor and grant management, human resources and more, Serenic software allows nonprofits the ability to focus on their mission.
