Press release from: Evologics GmbH

EvoLogics GmbH in InWaterTec 2009 “Inwater Technologies”, Kiel, Germany, exhibits its new developments in underwater acoustic communication and positioning with a special emphasis on security features of the S2C acoustic modem and USBL antenna increasing options in ocean business and offshore operations.

Evologics is addressing the wireless underwater communication challenges confronting naval defense, has developed a new acoustic modem (R-Series of S2C modem, available in various models to meet different needs) that opens up potential applications for improved subsea monitoring, subsea production systems, operation of robots, AUVs (and ROVs) and for wireless acoustic networks. The extraordinary reliability practically achieved and affirmed by independent international tests, can indeed push the envelope in ocean business and offshore operations to areas that were not yet thought to be possible.

„InWaterTec – forum for systemic solutions, products and services.“ This is the leading perspective of the maritime exhibition and conference InWaterTec from October 6th to 8th, 2009 in Kiel. For the fifth time since 2001, the ever growing event will present a wide spectrum of novel developments of maritime technologies for the industry and research. The InWaterTec is characterized by an international conference, which is focusing on the three subjects „S1 – Ocean, Environment and Economy“, „S2 – Marine Mineral Resources“ and „S3 – Underwater Installation“ and discusses them in a significant depth.

EvoLogics GmbH is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the production of underwater acoustic communication and positioning equipment.
