Wynkoop's Rail Yard in a Can

The unique partnership deal will produce a one-of-a-kind limited production of T-shirts
featuring Wynkoop's Rail Yard Ale - delivered exclusively to the club's members

DENVER – April 14, 2012 – The world's first-ever and foremost beer t-shirt club officially known as the Micro Brew T-Shirt Club, is proud to announce that it has struck a partnership deal with Denver's first-ever brewpub, Wynkoop Brewing Company. The unique partnership deal will produce a one-of-a-kind limited production of T-shirts featuring Wynkoop's Rail Yard Ale, delivered exclusively to club members for the month of April.

Brainchild of Streeter McClure, author of The Single Man's Guide to Cooking with Beer, the Micro Brew T-Shirt Club is becoming a huge hit among beer lovers worldwide. For just $19.95, club members receive a unique beer t-shirt featuring a different microbrewery each month. Each shirt is a collector’s item, exclusively sold via memberships purchased on the club's website: www.microbrewtshirtclub.com

McClure developed the concept for the club soon after publishing his first cookbook two years ago. During his initial research for the book, McClure realized that there just wasn't many products available for people who are truly passionate about beer. As a beer connoisseur himself, McClure wanted to share his passion for discovering new microbreweries across the globe, and thus created the Micro Brew T-Shirt Club. Today, the club has grown to over 1,000 members worldwide boasting members from every continent with the exception of Antarctica.

McClure is excited about teaming up with Wynkoop Brewing Company. "Wynkoop is the patriarch of Denver brewpubs and recently announced it will be distributing its flagship beer, Rail Yard Ale, to area liquor stores. In keeping with recent micro-brew trends, Wynkoop will distribute it's signature beer in cans, not bottles". He added.

Wynkoop Brewing Company was founded in 1988 by a group of young entrepreneurs and urban pioneers led by current Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. Highly acclaimed small-batch beers, high quality food and service, the city’s best pool hall and a glorious 1888 building, make Wynkoop a destination of choice among locals and tourists to Denver.

The Micro Brew T-Shirt Club not only caters to the beer-lovers of the world, but it also functions as a marketing tool for microbreweries. Some of the previously art choices have came from Brooklyn Brewery, Thirsty Goat, Breakside Brewery, Twisted Pine Brewing Company, Hopyard IPA, and last month's Steve's Snappin' Ale made by the super famous Bull and Bush Brewery. Many microbreweries are successful in a local market, but are lacking in obtaining a national interest. Since the Micro Brew T-Shirt Club sends shirts all over the world, most featured breweries gain business that they never had before. Many of the breweries featured in the club have seen the significant amount of out-of-state visitors following their T-shirts’ release. Breweries that are interested in being featured on a shirt can send their information to info@beertshirtclub.com.
