Lauderdale, has been accredited with a Community Association Managers Continuing Education Provider’s License through the Florida Department of Professional and Business Regulations. Delta is excited to offer continuing education courses through meetings, seminars, other events and speaking opportunities. Delta has a wealth of knowledge to share with Community Association Managers including education on building restoration, reserve studies, developer transition studies, hurricane mitigation and restoration, 40-year building safety inspections, and much more.

Mr. Steve Mainardi, founder and president of Delta, has been an honored speaker at the Sticks and Bricks conference presented by the American Bar Association.
