Prime Wholesalers and Timeline Logistics Move into Billingsley’s Merrell Rd. Property

(DALLAS, Texas) March 20, 2012 — Billingsley Company today announces two new tenants: Prime Wholesalers, a wholesaler of party accessories and stationary items and Timeline Logistics, a specialized delivery and courier service. Both will move into Billingsley’s Merrell Rd. warehouse distribution property, conveniently located near Stemmons Freeway.

Ryan Boozer of Mercer Company and George Billingsley of Billingsley Company negotiated the deals.

“We are always excited to have prominent companies choose one of our properties to call home,” said George Billingsley, vice president of industrial leasing. “We look forward to fostering a strong relationship with both tenants as each of their companies grow.”

Prime Wholesalers will assume 36,080 sq. ft. at 2919 Merrell Rd. and Timeline Logistics will take 27,347 sq. ft. at 2915 Merrell Rd.
