This was after an announced one month ago stating that the “Nova Atlantida” project (New Atlantis), the surrounding regeneration projects and Itapipoca airport improvements have finally bee confirmed. This has come to the attention of other international hotels groups, as they have begun to aquire beach front land for the construction of mega luxury hotels and resorts. The land valuation are in levels never seen and don’t stop growing.
Brasil Sun News were personally invited to travel to the area to see the ongoing construction plans. Its been noted that this typical fishery village will be full of luxury hotels. Whilst in the area our reporters have been to the new “Baleia Praia Hotel”, a charming beach front hotel, that is in the final stages of construction.
The hotel belongs to a asset management company “Omega Assets Management”, that form part of GMX Capital, a luso-brazilian group with more than 30 years of history and is active in several sectors, such as construction, hospitality, time share, restaurants ,business, shrimp farming, cattle breeding and cement industry among others.
The “Baleia Praia Hotel” boasts 52 amazing apartments (all with sea view), with areas starting from 25 to 45 sqm approximately all with access to local on site amenities such as pools, restaurant, beach structure .
With average temperatures of 32ºC and warm waters of the Atalantic and an all year round average of 27.5ºC you can see why this is a place like no other on earth.
Whilst attending the “Baleia Praia Hotel” we verified that the apartments will be sell on European market with accessible prices and that the investors will see a high return on profit with property values increasing over the next years.
The “Baleia Praia Hotel” construction initially started in the front but are now well into final phases of the construction. A company spokesperson said that property owners will be able to sell timeshare in the apartments with profits from 500.000 euros to 1.200.000 euros , depending on the sqm.
We have been impressed with the rapid construction and development at Baleia Beach, this is definitely a location we are eager to return to again when complete.
