The stunning property is situated just 5 minutes walk to the sea, to Destino Pacha Resort and a 5 minutes drive to Ibiza town.
Guests will enjoy both the limitless open ocean views to Formentera along with the ever-changing colors of Talamanca Bay, you will get to see the most dramatic sunsets over the city lights and enjoy the glowing silhouette of Ibiza Town until the sun comes up again.
Further this luxury three-story villa affords its exclusive occupants highest vacation standards. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living/dining room and a modern terrace/ 180° sun lounge, which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, Ibiza Old Town and Marina Botafoch and enjoys a constant, cooling breeze. The modern fully equipped kitchen made in Germany is situated next to the dining area. The luxury infinity swimming pool is overlooking Ibiza Old Town and the Mediterranean Sea. Attached to the pool area is a beautiful garden area incl. a modern group outdoor dining table for the best drinks and dining with your friends and familiy.
Attached to the entrance hall you’ll find a guest bathroom. On the ground floor guests will find »Premium Bedroom 1«, it comes with a big comfy double bed, a huge closet, flat-screen TV and a luxury bathroom en-suite. Further this bedroom comes with access to the stunning villa’s newly designed spacious garden and (sun-) lounging, socializing and chill areas.
Upstairs on level 2 guests will find "Villa X" three other bedrooms:
Two pool side »Master Bedroom 1 & 2« (identical twins vis-à-vis) come with a stand-alone (made in Italy) bath-tub feat. breathtaking sea-view and an additional en-suite bathroom with sea view for nicest wake-up's you will maybe never forget, designer sinks, high-end walk-in shower rooms and huge comfy double-bed facing the Mediterranean sea.
At the same level guests will find the second »Premium Bedroom 2«. Both »Premium Bedrooms« are identical twins from like both master bedrooms – all bedrooms come with highest standards.
On the last and top level 3 guests will find a working desk with a spectecular view and finally the access to the 360° panoramic-view roof top terrace and a private SKY BAR overlooking Ibiza town and Formentera.
