Movenda announces "Egomet", the Movenda FIDO Server, is now FIDO® Certified

Movenda, an Italian software house specialized in the carrier-grade platforms development based on international standards announced today that "Egomet FIDO Server", part of the identity management solution "Egomet" developed by Movenda, has achieved FIDO Certification.

The FIDO Alliance, is an industry consortium with 250+ member and partner organizations developing open standards for simpler, stronger authentication, formed in July 2012 to address the lack of interoperability among strong authentication technologies, and remedy the problems users face with creating and remembering multiple usernames and passwords.
