PURE4C provides repair and maintenance services for new digital cinema lenses from uniQoptics

PURE4C - pure for cameras GmbH has been named uniQoptics service partner for Germany and will be providing repair and maintenance services for uniQoptics brand new Signature series of digital cinema lenses. PURE4C’s Managing Director Oliver Reil has been trained at uniQoptics headquarters in California and is impressed with the new range of lenses: „The Signature series is the first range of digital cinema lenses on the market providing a 4K and 5K resolution and we are really proud to be working together with uniQoptics and being their service partner“, says Reil.

uniQoptics’ Signature series of digital camera lenses currently includes lenses with a focal length of 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 100mm. An 18mm lens will be available from late 2009. The devices cover up to a 32mm image circle and offer a fast T-Stop range of T1.9-T22. Made in USA, the lenses feature a rugged construction with easy to read scales and high definition SCHOTT glass.

Suitable for low light and hi-speed applications, Signature series lenses are colour matched and benefit from low distortion, uniform focus and iris gear diameters, 340 degree rotation, smooth gears, precision back focus and virtually no breathing.

From early September 2009 the first set of Signature series lenses can be viewed and tested at PURE4C in Haar, close to Munich. Potential customers can buy uniQoptics new digital cinema lenses through PURE4C or of course directly from uniQoptics.

The company also purchases or accepts no longer required equipment in payment.
