Travup is a unique portal focused on Indian travel & tourism, servicing to the needs of the new-age travelers, who are more adventurous and are willing to experience India by being a part of its culture during their journey.

Travup has been designed keeping in mind the interests of the new- age travelers with simple navigation and search functions. The user just needs to enter name of the city he/she is planning to visit, and press Explore button to get all the information (Places to Visit, Local Foods & Cuisine, Fairs & Festivals, Art & Culture, Customs & Rituals, Meet a Local Artist, City Ambassador, Shopping Places, Events, Deals, Hotels, & Weekend Getaways) about that city.

Travup is not just information sharing platform, but we are also bringing together people who work in travel & tourism industry - travel photographers, bloggers, tour & taxi operators and other business partners.

Travup Travel Photo Contest is a popular photo contest among travel photographers and we encourage photographers by rewarding best picture(s) of the month. We also encourage travel bloggers to share their Travel Stories and publish selected stories on our website. Travup Travel Social Network is another key feature which connects travelers with local people, fellow travelers and other people operating in travel & tourism industry.

All these initiatives are helping travelers to acquire right information so that they can plan better & experience more. On the other hand, these initiatives are providing business opportunities to people who work in travel & tourism industry.

About Travup:
Travup was founded in 2016 by a small team of two, who always had a desire to explore more about Indian culture, understand our roots and the changes that have taken place.
So, we started travelling and, gradually started feeling that there is a lot which is yet to be explored about India by travelers. In some of the cases information is not easily available on-line and in other cases information is not structured.
We started building a platform where anyone can share information about India and the information is stored and presented in structured manner. We are continuously working to make this platform more relevant for travelers and will be more than happy to hear suggestions from you.
