CEO at QArea Company Maxim Garkavtsev joins Forbes Technology Council
January 25, 2018 — Maxim Garkavtsev, CEO of QArea (an internationally awarded custom software development and testing company) has been accepted into the Forbes Technology Council, a worldwide invitation-only community for top-class technology executives.
Maksim Garkavtsev is one of the pioneers of the IT industry in Eastern Europe.
