CHETU NOMINATED AS 2018 SFBJ BEST PLACES TO WORK HONOREE
Considering professionals spend a large portion of day confined in their office, Chetu believes this time should pair with a sense of belonging, and all employees should be confident in their role within the Chetu team plus understand that all successes are a product of the team, rather than a single person.

SFBJ accepts nominations from businesses throughout the area, and then asks workers to fill out questionnaires anonymously. These questionnaires are designed to rate job satisfactions through a series of measures. From there, SFBJ hand-selects the top fifteen employers in South Florida, all leaders in progressive employment practices. Employers are rated on communication and resources, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.
Honorees received an invitation to attend an awards luncheon on Thursday, February 22, 2018. To illustrate how the nominees have gone above and beyond the normalized standards to create happy microcosms within their workplaces, SFBJ encourages a superhero theme at the annual event. Honorees dress in superhero costumes, accepting their roles as the, "superheroes of the South Florida workforce."
