Research across 3,991 full-time workers found that a negative application experience can impact an employer’s ability to recruit or even generate revenue. Less than half said they would never seek employment from the company again. 22% said they would advise other not to work at the company and almost 10% said they would tell others not to purchase products or services from the company.
