e-Zest’s AVP delivered speech on Quality requirements in International trade

The current market situation has created an opportunity to explore alternative markets and products, forge new alliances for increasing India’s market share and effectively leveraged the incentives available for exports. In order to equip future business leaders with skills and knowledge from market perspective, MCCIA (Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture) conducted program on International Trade.

This program is designed to provide awareness about the various aspects involved in International Business to entrepreneurs, working professionals and students. The Chamber calls subject matter experts from corporate, government, export houses, banks and international business consultants. e-Zest’s Assistant Vice President of Operations, Mr. Rajendra Babtiwale, was invited to deliver speech on quality requirements in international business.

Rajendra, elaborated the evolution of quality consciousness among businesses and importance of quality requirement analysis for the success of business. Rajendra talked about importance of Quality in all operations of business. He dwelled upon various international standards and their importance in International Trade. His most appreciated statement was ‘Our Quality Management systems should earn the accreditation for us and not Accreditation standard should drive our Quality Management Systems’.

Rajendra further gave practical insights on organization model, changing of mindsets, having process review systems, need for business planning, and improvement in our process, statistical process control and above all he explained with simple examples how all the above are integrated and used for the enhancement in business operations.
