Paradise Oaks RV Resort To Celebrate Completion Of Phase 2 Expansion On 12/6
Paradise Oaks RV Resort, an amenities rich RV park located in the heart of sunny central Florida, announced today the completion of its major Phase 2 park expansion. The resort will officially unveil the upgrades and additions during a “Welcome Home” party to be held from 10am-12pm on Wednesday, December 6.Included among the Phase 2 enhancements are 117 new Premium RV sites; a large open-air community pavilion; a new bathhouse; four pickleball courts; a woodworking shop; a 20-acre green space, a lit walking path connecting the clubhouse amenities to new expansion area; a park model showroom; an expanded recreation hall; an enhanced fiber optics WiFi infrastructure; and beautiful new landscaping throughout the resort. Also included is the debut of a new 53 site Park Model Village featuring two fully decorated models for potential owners to tour and customize upon purchase.
In conjunction with the unveiling, Paradise Oaks has named Jeff Wheeler as the new park manager. In addition to overseeing the resort’s day-to-day operations, Wheeler will assist in managing the various teams of employees. He will also work with the activities team that has rolled out of several new community events including group trips to such destinations as Key West, St. Augustine, and Tarpon Springs.
Commenting on the completion of the Phase 2 expansion, Paradise Oaks owner Greg Mixon stated, “2017 has been a milestone year in the evolution of Paradise Oaks as central Florida’s premier RV destination. Just in time for snowbird season, we are proud to have new and returning guests join us as we celebrate the resort’s countless new amenities and enhancements. Our new premium plus and super premium RV sites are unique to the market with their large size, full concrete pads and expansive views to enjoy. Front and center in our growth is the opening of our Park Model Village, offering an alternative to RV living with homes up to 1,000 square feet while also taking advantage of everything that Paradise Oaks has to offer.”
